Meet the Team

Vedika Harribarran

Founder & CEO

Vedika founded Norhi in 2025 and leads the company. She built EduCity through the London Business School Incubator's 12 month programme, where it was also recognised by AWS, and now works with the schools running Norhi products day to day.

Outside work Vedika is a mother of two and a keen yogi and runner. Her next major objective is climbing Kilimanjaro, followed by a balloon ride over the Masai Mara.

Vedika is an alumna of London Business School.

Jim Tang

Technical Development Lead

Jim leads technical development at Norhi. He is the founder of Unimount, the development company Norhi works with to build and run its platform, and has spent his career taking products from an idea to something people use every day.

Before Unimount, Jim was a founding member of the technology and product team at Improbable, where he helped the company grow from four people to more than a thousand and led the development of SpatialOS, its large scale simulation platform.

When he is not building products, Jim is a father of three primary school children, which keeps the work close to the people it is for. He holds an MBA from London Business School and founded Unimount in 2025.

Darsh Parikh

Founder Associate

Darsh works across product and commercial at Norhi. He joined at the beginning and helped take the first product from nothing to a working version running in its first two pilot schools inside eight months.

Before Norhi, Darsh spent two years working with Dhiraj Mukherjee, co-founder of Shazam, running the commercial side of his speaking business and assessing early stage investments across his portfolio. He also co-founded ClearCompute, which finished in the top three per cent of the London Business School Accelerator.

Away from work Darsh is passionate about cricket, both playing and watching. He studied Politics and Economics at LSE and holds a Masters in Management from London Business School.
